Which power supply is best?

Hello, Im going to be diving into the world of anodizing soon here. I plan on starting with some paintball guns I have then eventually when I get around to it, some small parts for the LS swap I am going to be doing on my 75 vette. None of the parts I plan on doing will be very large in other words. I have been looking around, and found 2 power supplies that seem to fit the bill. Which one would you guys recommend? Im looking for one that will be the most reliable. I have it narrowed down to:

Mastech HY3020E
Astron VS-35M

The Mastech has the edge with more voltage and amps available to it, but is it more reliable than the astron?
