Titration question

A while back Acidrain posted a very nice description of how to do titration on your acid bath – thanks for that Acid. I appreciate it as I am hoping to improve my game using the procedure.

I had a question though. In the procedure you wrote that one requirement was:
A bottle of lab grade 1.0 N NaOH reagent (sodium hydroxide)
Is this supposed tread 1.0 "M" as in one Mole?
