Thinking about a oven build

Posted by admin on October 31st, 2009 at 02:52pm

I am new here. Just found the site last week. I have been studying the PC business. I am thinking about building one off motorcycle racks and mounts.
I’m thinking about taking the parts out of a large free standing oven (cook stove) and using them in a new box (same cubic feet just a different shape).
The reason for the new box would be hanging space. I would need a tall but narrower oven for the kind of parts I am planning on building. I was thing about 16"-18" wide X 14" deep and 30" tall
Would the parts out of the large oven be enough to cure the powder?
The oven was on a 50 amp breaker.
I haven’t got the stove yet. I do have a couple of old large toaster evens that might also work. I need to do this on a very low budget!!
Any advice would be great and helpful
Thanks
