Question about PID controller

I’m looking at an Omega PID controller, mostly because you can get free software that works with it. Apparently you can hook it up to a computer to look at more complex ramp/soak temperature profiles, which would be useful for my applications.
Controller:
1/32 DIN Ramp/Soak Controllers
I’m looking at using it with SSR’s. You have to specify 1 of 2 different output options when you buy it: 1) "Dual output, DC pulse/relay, RS485" or 2) "Dual output, relay/relay, RS485". Would this controller work with the SSR’s? If so, which option would be the choice to get, 1) or 2)?
I’d also be interested if anyone has input or experience with Omega controllers.
Thanks,
Rob
