power supply question

I’m wanting to invest into some anno equipment and I’m kinda stuck on the power source. I really don’t want to use a battery charger so I’ve decided to spend some money on a power source. What do I need to be looking for? Any suggestion? Advice? I’ve looked at the Astron VS-35. Is that ok? Thanks for the help.
