Powder collection in gun barrel

Hey guys. I have been using the cheaper hobby gun from Caswell and it works great. I wanted a bit more power (AHR AHR AHR) LOL
I now have their 50k model and it works well but I notice I get a lot of powder collecting in the barrel. Never had this much in the old gun.
I notice it when I finish and clean the gun. I get allot of unused powder from the barrel. I’m worried if I do allot of powder coating at once it may start to come out in large amounts at any time.
Do I just need more air or is there something else you have ran into that would cause this.
