powder coating question…

I am wanting to powdercoat my valve covers to look like these. I have a few questions.. My assumption is that I need to do the black..the the silver.. I have a few qeustions..

1..How do I mask off the lettering to look right…
2..What do you think that silver is and where I can I buy it..
