Oven with stove top elements

I need a oven that I can move with ease(29" wide x 30" tall x 12"-14" deep). I am in a very limited space situation (I hope to change that very soon). I have a kitchen oven with 4 burners on the top. I was thinking of building a enclosure with 2 holes in the bottom with baffles to cover the front 2 burners and a vent in the back corner. And use the 2 burners to heat the oven. I know I would need to watch the temp constantly to keep it in range. I had thought about building it, and turning on the larger element to high and see what temp it came up to (empty oven) and then turn on the small element a little at a time to see where it would need to be set to get the temp I would need for the cure. I also have a limited amp supply (30amps). I know I can run the oven on the 30 amps but can I run a couple of the stove top elements on 30 amps?
Will this oven work?
I need this oven for the curing of 2 racks I have built, and the possibility of 4 more.
At the present time my work space is about 6′6" wide x 10′ long with a 6′5" ceiling height for spraying and curing. It was a bear getting the oven through a 29 1/2" door (it’s a old well house) with a 32" walk way between the house and the well house.
Thanks for any help
