Not a newbe but need some help

I have a set of mercedes wheels that I have polished and will be clear coating. The wheels look great but have tiny micro scratches all over the face of them. I know if I clear coat over this the scratches will be even more visible. I finished the wheel off with white compound and a loose wheel on my caswell flex shaft. What do I need to do for these scratches. I really need to get a scratch/haze free finish but dont know where to go with it !! these micro scratches are from the wheels these are NOT sanding scratches. Also, since I have to change directions so much using the flex shaft, I get tons of haze does anyone got a suggestion for this?
Thanks,
John
