New to ovens what blower in UK

Hi

I am building a 4×4x6 oven similar to some others i have seen on here,m i have everything sorted except for the blower.

do i need a blower? and so what sort because all the ones i have seen on here are the dayton ones that i can not find in the uk?

has anyone got any other ideas or suggestions where i can find a suitable blower if needed in the UK
