New oven build, floor or no floor?

How many large ovens have no floor and use the existing cement floor they are built on? Is this ok or must there be an insulated floor? The reason I ask is if you are moving a large heavy part from the powder coat booth to the oven, a trolley or wheeled stand I have seen a long time ago in pictures. But I think there were tracks for the wheels. I was thinking you could get the part hung and then slip a portable insulated floor piece in after the fact but that may stir up dust etc. So, the big question, floor or no floor?
Thanks,
Thanks,
Added: Would just a piece of uninsulated galvanized on the floor be good enough? The heater elements will be on the sides of the oven.
