I have been powder coating on and off for about five years. I have a need for a bigger oven now and would like some help from you guys. This seems like the place to get good info. What I plan to build is a 4×6x6 oven. I have did a lot of reading on what elements to use, where to put a fan, how to use wattage calculator, where to get parts etc… The questions i have are; What kind of insulation should i use. How should I lay out the metal stud to allow for the insulation. Should I use galvinized sheet on the inside and out. I have money but will wait till I here back first. I have did research but fill free to tell me anything I need to know. Thanks for your time. HUTCH
