hey guys HY3020E just arrived….final piece of the puzzle.

doing two pieces at 20 sq. in. each. at 6asf the 720 calculator recommends 1.6 amps.

following the manual and sswee’s directions i can only get volts. when the power is switched on the CC light goes on the off. only get CV at about 1v.
when i raise or lower my racked pieces the voltage changes to compensate so im assuming my connections are good.

try to dial amps in and the display just stays at zero. tried adjusting pieces, cathode, wires, connections, and i still get zeros.

Rack is connected to red output on unit
Cathode is connected to black output on unit.
Green output was left untouched.

anymore info you need just let me know. been prepping for hours all morning only to be stuck.
