Need help filling holes in cast aluminum valve covers.

Hey guys, I am brand new here. What I have is a new set of cast aluminum valve covers for my Jeep AMC V8. When they showed up yesterday, they had some bad spots in the casting that I am not happy with. Is there something I can use to fill the voids and polish up? Is techno-weld a good choice, or simply find somebody who tig welds?
