Looking for Sand blast media mix and sizing.

Hello I just invested in a Sand blasting cabinet and I’m not sure what the best media is to use. I was thinking about using a Oxide and Glass bead Mix but I see they sell a medium and a Fine sizes. What would be good for the powdercoating?

Also how often do I need to change the media (Hours of use) And how often should I clean/filter the media? And where can I buy the filters?
