Lead Sheet for Cathode. Thickness Matter?

Getting set up for my first run. Been lurking a lot and reading practically the entire forum! Thanks for all the help so far from everyone :)

One question – I have the chance to pick up a 3/32 lead sheet 34 x 48" for $90. Would this be too thin for a cathode?
