Inside vs outside oven metal

I was wondering does the metal have to be the same. I am starting to find a lot of junk/scrap cars and thought hey use 20/22ga for the inside of the oven then use car parts (hoods, trunks, doors) and such that I cut up to make the outside cover that holds the insulation together. So in a nut shell using metal studs for the frame, cover that with 20/22ga then put on insulation then cover with metal I get from scrap cars? Would that work?

Looking to piece together enough stuff over time to build a 4′x4′x6′ oven so that I can do pretty much anything I come across and still have my smaller over more everything else.

Input greatly appreciated!

Or heck build the whole thing out of old car parts or would that not work being that the metal might be to thick and take to long to allow the temp to rise inside the oven?
