Ice cube relay DPDT Anyone know anything about them?

I am trying to find out how a relay will work to turn on a buzzer and light once my timer has hit OFF in the powder cooking cycle I don’t want to turn elements off as I have it Manually wired to the master switch just want some notification if I am around the corner working on more parts…

Any help or a link where I can get an illistration on relays and samples of how they are wired would be great Thanks so much
