Help with project

I am a Scuba diver and underwater photographer. I am also a retired Boeing machinist/toolmaker.

I am working on designing some underwater lighting and need to find somewhere I can get a part or two anodized to be salt water safe (type III ??) I don’t think it would make since for me to try to do it myself due to costs and lack of knowledge.

They are 6061 t6 aluminum and only 3" dia. x 4" long and 1/4′ wall thickness. I can’t afford to pay the local vendor $200.00 to do one part! If it works out well I may be able to make these for sale but I would never have large runs do to the limited market for this type of gear and a shoestring budget.
