HELP!! what media to use on aluminum rims

I have a set of snowflake rims for my 1977 trans am i’ve been messing with the stripper and it’s not going well My friend just bought a portable sand blaster from harbour frieght he will let me use it what media would be the best and cheapest to use to remove the paint and not pitt the i could duct tape the raised areas not being painted, i do plan on trying to polish the spokes afterwards i kinda started sanding at the top half of the rim if you can tell Attachment 1583
