Electroless Nickel Plating

I need to refinish the racks in my old cooking stove. I have been looking for answers but they are hard to find. I copied this at the USDA site, for food safe coatings. Can I use Caswells Electroless Nickel Alloy for my oven racks? Will Electroless Nickel Alloy stand up to 400 degree oven heat? Thanks.

"Electroless Nickel Alloy
An electroless nickel alloy having the following composition is acceptable:

Nickel — 90% minimum
Phosphorous — 6% minimum and 10% maximum as supersaturated solution of nickel phosphide in nickel
Trace amounts of carbon, oxygen, hydrogen and nitrogen
No other elements
Equipment to be manually or mechanically cleaned may be covered by an engineering of electroless nickel alloy conforming to the applicable provisions of military specification MIL-C-26074 E, as amended. 6

Equipment may also be made of other nontoxic structurally suitable metal(s) that have their product contact surfaces modified by surface (s"
