electroless nickel and cobolt

hi i just brought the electroless nickel and cobolt mini kits

the instructions have made me kindoff confused

i dont want to set them up till i am completely sure what im doing is right

1 to start off with do i mix all of part A and part B with distilled water?

2 is part C just for replenishing?

3 do u use all of part A and part B for the initial setup? if so i need to buy more of part A before i start i find that a bit silly

4 i received 2 containers of extra part B why?

how much distilled water do i add to start with i have not seen anywere in the plating manual how much distilled water to add

any extra info/help u decide to offer will be greatly appreciated
