Cooler/Chiller Question

Would this be a good choice for a chiller:

Oceanic Systems | Products | Aquarium Chiller

1/2 HP model Or 1 HP?

For a 30 Gal anodizing system (sulf/acid bath) ~24" X 18" X 18" tank

Also, if so, do you draw the acid water through the chiller? Or do you make the chiller a closed loop system?

I was also going to use a heater & controller for USplastics so I can maintain a ~70 degree bath at ALL times…
