Contactor, SSR. Relay,PID ?????

Ok I have been using an oven controll to run my oven for about 2 years now and it finally quit. So I have been reading the many threads on oven building but it seems I am now more confused than when I started.

I am looking to upgrade from the oven controls. I have 2 burners that are about 22 ohms each. running on 220. What would the best setup be.
