January 28th, 2012 at 11:09pm Under metal finishing

Well I got my Caswell powder gun today and did my 1st job with it. Overall I’m pleased with the guns performance :D I’ve owned an HF gun which worked okay…I bought an Eastwood dual voltage and wasn’t too happy with it.. I took a chance on this one and so far so good. here is my car trailer wheel I did in black chrome with a clear coat. kinda like dark charcoal grey with good reflection.

January 28th, 2012 at 11:09pm Under metal finishing

Does anyone have a quick and easy way to filter the crud out of my zinc bath? What is this orange sludge anyway? Is there a way to stop it forming?
